This fantastic agency delivers global healthcare communications to a wide range of international pharmaceutical company clients across multiple therapy areas. They cover the full range of medical communications including publications, medical meetings and digital programmes. They are independently owned and have grown steadily over the past 10+ years, adding new clients and talented, new staff every year.

Essential Functions

As an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Manager looking to step up in to an Account Director level role, you will Lead/direct client accounts with responsibility for overall client service and financial delivery, and also identify opportunities to increase the level of business where possible. This role offers the chance to lead initiatives and provide strategic guidance to clients and to internal account teams while developing strong long-term working relationships with client teams and their partners to provide coherent, high quality client service.

This role requires you to possess some experience of leadership, management and commercial operations in a medical communication agency or pharmaceutical company.

This is a permanent opportunity that can offer degrees of flexibility that are rare. Whilst a 5 day week is preferred, candidates that are looking for an opportunity that can offer a four day week are also encouraged to apply.
